Anti-Spam Policy

Casper SMC LLC d/b/a Smart Trading Blueprint (“STB,” “we,” or “us”) does not send or authorize unsolicited commercial messages to advertise smarttradingblueprint.com, learn.smarttradingblueprint.com, stbtrading.co, or any other STB-owned site or offer (“the Sites”).

This policy applies to STB directly and to every affiliate, partner, contractor, and third party who promotes the Sites on our behalf.

1. No unsolicited email. We do not send commercial email to anyone who has not opted in through an STB form, purchase, or account signup. We do not buy, rent, harvest, or scrape email lists.
2. No unsolicited messaging on any channel. This same standard applies to SMS, direct messages on social platforms, and any other outbound message advertising the Sites.
3. Every commercial email we send includes a working unsubscribe link and a physical or registered mailing address, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act.
4. Opt-outs are honored within 10 business days, and we do not sell or share the email address of anyone who opts out.
5. Affiliates and partners. Anyone promoting the Sites under an affiliate or partner arrangement must follow this same policy. STB reserves the right to end any affiliate or partner relationship that violates it.
6. Reporting abuse. If you believe someone has advertised STB or the Sites using unsolicited messages, contact us at client.support@smarttradingblueprint.com so we can investigate and act.
